Information we collect
We collect your email address and sign-in provider identifiers to create and secure your account. We record API key usage counts to enforce quotas and show usage. If you open a support ticket, we store its subject and every message in the thread. We use cookies required for sign-in and session security, and PostHog product analytics and session replays to understand how the site is used. Replays show page layout, navigation, and clicks; neither analytics nor replays record page text, form input, or sign-in codes. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store full payment card details.
How we use information
We use account information to provide sign-in and account features, usage counts to operate the API and display your usage, and billing information received from Lemon Squeezy to reflect your plan and subscription status. We use support tickets and their messages so our staff can read them and respond. We send sign-in codes, and quota warning emails when your monthly requests reach 80% and 100% of your quota. When staff reply to a ticket, we email the reply text and a link to your primary verified email address. When you open a ticket or reply to one, a copy of the message may be emailed to our support inbox.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and usage records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Usage periods may be retained with the account history. You can request account deletion from Account settings; some records may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate business records. Deleting your account also deletes your support tickets and their messages.
Service providers
We use the sign-in providers you choose (Google or GitHub), Lemon Squeezy for merchant-of-record billing, PostHog for product analytics and session replays, an email delivery (SMTP) provider to send emails, and a hosting provider that runs our servers and database. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, under their own privacy terms.
